Tashi

Tashi began to focus on her yoga studies in her mid 20’s and has spent much of the last 20 years traveling across the world studying, practicing and teaching yoga.

Tashi Dawa grew up in the Clarence Valley where she is based for half the year, she spends the other half in Europe teaching retreats.

Genevive

Genevive completed her Yoga & Yin training at Kai Yoga in Sydney & with Brad Hay including Yoga Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra.

Genevive is a creative, she has a background in fashion and art and has enjoyed recently designing and managing apartment & home renovations.

Her love & appreciation of yoga is present on and off the mat, as is her engaging personality.

alison

Alison is a primary school teacher with training in psychology, mindfulness and meditation. She strongly believes that through meditation, we can learn to honour ourselves, receive deep healing and connect with the peace and tranquillity within.

Alison brings a gentle yet powerful presence to every meditation session.

Monika

Monika is passionate about healthy functional movement and mind body connection. She is a Yogalates™ teacher and personal trainer who focuses on balancing the nervous system and encourages proper alignment through increased body awareness and giving a range of intensity options.

During our Yoga practice we learn to cherish each breath, to cherish every blessing, to cherish every cell in our bodies.
