Tashi
Gentle Yoga & Dynamic Yoga

Tashi began to focus on her yoga studies in her mid 20’s and has spent much of the last 20 years traveling across the world studying, practicing and teaching yoga.

Tashi Dawa grew up in the Clarence Valley where she is based for half the year, she spends the other half in Europe teaching retreats.

Don’t miss Tashi teaching Tuesday Gentle Yoga and Thursday Dynamic Yoga whenever she is in town.

Genevive
Yin yoga & Chair Yoga

Genevive completed her Yoga & Yin training at Kai Yoga in Sydney & with Brad Hay including Yoga Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra.

Genevive is a creative, she has a background in fashion and art and has enjoyed recently designing and managing apartment & home renovations.

Her love & appreciation of yoga is present on and off the mat, as is her engaging personality.

Genevive teaches weekly Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga classes in Maclean as well as weekly classes in Lawrence.

Jax
Dynamic Yoga

Jax has a background in psychology and has done a deep dive in the last few years into her yoga practice and teaching. She is Vinyasa trained and her classes are alignment based, invigorating and accessible.

Jax is also a professional musician who has been performing locally for the last 20 years so her mantra chanting offerings are particularly beautiful!

Jax leads Dynamic Yoga on Thursdays in Maclean and weekly Saturday yoga classes at Blanc Space Yoga in Yamba whenever Tashi is away.

Monika
pilates

Monika is passionate about healthy functional movement and mind body connection. She is a Yogalates™ teacher and personal trainer who focuses on balancing the nervous system and encourages proper alignment through increased body awareness and giving a range of intensity options.

Join Monika for Pilates on Mondays, a mindful practice that will wake up your core and postural muscles, enhance your mind body connection and leave you feeling rejuvenated. Open to all levels.
