Week 2
Inner Strength & Flow

- Awakening confidence, willpower, and resilience.
- Opening the heart to cultivate compassion and deep connection.
- Strengthening the bridge between personal power and unconditional love.
Week 3
Expression & Insight

Overview:
- Clearing the voice and trusting authentic self-expression.
- Strengthening intuition and mental clarity.
- Connecting thoughts, words, and higher perception.
Week 4
Integration & Expansion
Sunday 13th July 10am – 11:30am
Overview:
- Uniting all energy centres in harmony and balance.
- Cultivating deep inner peace and spiritual awareness.
- Surrendering to the flow of wisdom and bliss.
